Primary Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of diverse marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional.
• Develop engaging content tailored for social media, email outreach, and marketing collateral.
• Oversee social media channels by managing interactions and analyzing performance metrics.
• Assist with email marketing initiatives, including creating newsletters and managing automated campaigns.
• Analyze campaign outcomes and generate insights to enhance future marketing efforts.
• Conduct market and competitor analyses to uncover new business opportunities.
• Work in collaboration with design, product, sales, and operations teams to advance various projects.
• Manage marketing schedules and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or allied disciplines.
• Exposure to startup or agency environments is highly advantageous.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Arabic languages.
• Demonstrate creativity coupled with strong attention to detail.
• Capable of juggling several projects simultaneously and adapting to shifting priorities.
• Comfortable working autonomously and assuming responsibility for projects.
• Familiarity with social media management platforms, email marketing tools, and data analytics dashboards.
• Basic knowledge of design software such as Canva is considered an asset.
