Role Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to contribute to content creation and manage daily operations across various client accounts and internal projects. This pivotal position involves maintaining seamless content scheduling, preparing promotional materials, and conducting research, combining both supportive and marketing-oriented responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and publish content by scheduling blog posts and social media updates, managing the content calendar, ensuring timely releases, and fine-tuning automated writings with human edits.
Perform quality assurance by reviewing editorial assets, proofreading copy and presentations before client delivery, and verifying that feedback has been incorporated.
Conduct research to support projects and generate simple analytical reports to evaluate content performance.
Support social media and community engagement efforts to keep the brand's presence active and consistent.
Engage in basic marketing tasks including learning and applying SEO and AI visibility techniques, with guidance provided incrementally.
Assist with varied daily tasks such as research, project organization using task management tools, and client preparation activities.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or comparable practical experience.
Between one and two years of experience in marketing, social media, communications, or an administrative role, preferably within an agency setting.
Highly organized, proactive, capable of managing multiple tasks with attention to detail under tight deadlines.
Proficient with major social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) and scheduling software.
Experienced in project management applications.
Effective and reliable communication skills, self-motivated with consistent follow-through without supervision.
Adaptable team member comfortable with shifting priorities and ready to support various needs.
Fluent written English skills and ability to work asynchronously in a remote environment.
Availability to work during US Pacific Time business hours for real-time collaboration.
Committed to this as a primary full-time occupation rather than a secondary commitment.

Preferred Additional Qualifications

Knowledge or experience with SEO and AI search visibility.
Familiarity with task management tools such as ClickUp.
