Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous Manual QA Engineer to join our team. This role involves testing web applications and systems, designing and executing test plans, identifying and reporting defects, and ensuring top-quality releases. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and support of deployments across environments are essential responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough testing of web applications and systems to verify proper functionality.
• Collect and assess necessary information and documentation for comprehensive testing.
• Develop and document detailed test plans, test cases, and related notes.
• Perform manual testing to identify any defects or issues.
• Clearly report testing outcomes and contribute to maintaining high quality standards.
• Track defects through to resolution to ensure fixes are implemented.
• Participate in continuous improvement of product quality.
• Manage deployments in Production and Staging environments.
• Create and update configuration files in JSON and YAML formats.
• Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, VSCode, and Git effectively.

Candidate Requirements

• Up to 2 years of experience in manual quality assurance roles.
• Fundamental knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Excellent attention to detail combined with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in English with the ability to collaborate well within teams.
• Experience in designing test cases and performing end-to-end testing scenarios.
• Familiarity with testing web and mobile applications.
• Understanding of product development lifecycle and enhancement approaches.
