Role Overview

The Managing Partner will lead both the commercial and operational aspects of the business, playing a pivotal role in driving growth and maintaining exceptional quality and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations including client consultations, measurements, fittings, and deliveries.
• Oversee production scheduling and tailoring workflows to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Lead and develop teams across tailoring, sales, and support functions.
• Drive revenue growth and enhance profitability through strategic initiatives.
• Establish and nurture corporate, retail, and strategic partnerships.
• Lead sales, marketing efforts, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Build and sustain relationships with premium and high-profile clients.
• Handle supplier relations, purchasing, and inventory management.
• Review pricing structures, product offerings, and operational expenses.
• Monitor financial performance including sales and expenses.
• Identify opportunities for new products, services, and expansion.
• Support digital growth, including e-commerce and customer management systems.
• Protect and uphold the brand’s reputation for quality, service, and craftsmanship.
• Participate in capital contribution or equity acquisition as per partnership agreements.

Candidate Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail, fashion, menswear, or bespoke tailoring industries.
• Strong knowledge of premium fabrics, garment construction, fitting, and finishing.
• Proven leadership with team management capabilities.
• Business development skills with a focus on commercial decision-making.
• Background in sales, client relationship management, and revenue enhancement.
• Ability to manage production processes, supplier relationships, and quality assurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence handling premium, corporate, and notable clientele.
• Strategic mindset capable of identifying business growth opportunities.
• Basic financial literacy and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets, CRM software, and POS systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, fashion management, or related fields preferred.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic or other languages advantageous.
• Availability for full-time, on-site work in Doha with flexible hours and willingness to attend special appointments.
• Potential financial investment or equity stake participation may be needed depending on partnership terms.
