Role Overview
Join the Total Rewards team at PSA Singapore as a Manager specializing in Compensation. The role entails designing, implementing, maintaining, and administering compensation programs, policies, and processes that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze compensation data and participate in salary surveys to monitor market trends and ensure competitive pay structures.
- Evaluate current salary ranges and compensation plans and suggest modifications as necessary.
- Oversee and execute the annual performance management and compensation review cycles.
- Conduct job evaluations to establish appropriate job sizes and ensure job roles and compensation packages meet organizational needs. Familiarity with Hay and Mercer evaluation methodologies is beneficial.
- Provide expert guidance and support to stakeholders on compensation policies and procedural matters.
- Manage other rewards programs and payment-related activities as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A minimum of seven years of experience specifically in Compensation.
- In-depth understanding of compensation strategies and labor law compliance.
- Practical experience conducting market salary surveys, salary benchmarking, and data analysis.
- Proficient in MS Office, with advanced expertise in MS Excel.
- Strong numerical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Capable of working autonomously and adapting swiftly in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
