Management Trainee

About the Role

This Management Trainee role is designed to cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the company's core operations including management of operations, human resources, team leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving. The training program aims to equip you with skills essential for future leadership roles.

Daily Duties

• Exercise independent judgment to solve problems and conduct post-implementation reviews.
• Accept and act on feedback from supervisors and peers with a positive and open mindset while maintaining enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• Education: Recent graduates or professionals with 1-2 years experience from recognized Singaporean institutions such as NUS, NTU, or SMU; degree holders in business management, education, psychology or related fields.
• Skills: Strong communication, leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, decision-making, and project management capabilities.
• Personal Traits: High motivation, adaptability, resilience, and leadership potential.
• Career Objective: Commitment to education and training with aspirations for long-term managerial roles upon program completion.
• Additional Knowledge: Understanding of Singapore's education and training sector and proficiency in basic IT and software tools.
