About the Role
Join Love's Travel Stops as a Maintenance Technician to ensure a safe, clean, and efficiently operated environment for customers and team members. This position involves direct interaction with customers, supporting multiple departments, and maintaining equipment to guarantee smooth daily operations. No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided.
Job Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers providing assistance, resolving any issues, and ensuring an excellent service experience.
- Support store, restaurant, and truck care areas with tasks including cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service activities.
- Utilize tools and equipment to perform repairs and upkeep including HVAC, fuel systems, refrigeration, plumbing, pressure washing, and site inspections.
- Participate in cross-training opportunities across areas such as store and restaurant cashier duties, facility maintenance, and leadership positions.
- Prioritize safety and customer satisfaction by adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Physically able to lift over 25 pounds and work in varying temperature environments.
