Maintenance Team Associate

Position Overview

This role involves active participation in a structured maintenance cleaning program focused on controlling costs while maintaining a clean and safe environment for shoppers and employees alike.

Key Duties

• Collaborate with the Stocking 3 Coach and fellow team members to carry out an extensive cleaning schedule.
• Adhere strictly to Food Safety and cold chain standards.
• Perform prompt cleaning tasks across all Fresh Departments including coolers, freezers, and display fixtures.
• Assist in inspecting maintenance and cleaning tools to confirm proper operation and availability of necessary supplies.
• Ensure a safe workplace by completing required in-store certifications and following all company policies and procedures.
• When needed, clean flooring using methods such as mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and carpet maintenance, covering all non-sales floor areas.

Compensation

The minimum hourly wage for this role begins at $16.35.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
