Lot Associate

Job Overview

As a Lot Associate, your primary duties include helping customers load their vehicles, overseeing and maintaining the store entrance area, and ensuring an adequate supply of shopping carts near the entrance. This role requires significant interaction with both customers and fellow associates, placing a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with loading items into their vehicles efficiently and safely.
• Monitor and manage the store entrance to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain and replenish shopping carts near the store's entrance to readily accommodate customers.
• Interact regularly with Home Depot associates and customers, fostering a welcoming environment.
• Provide outstanding customer service, as you are often one of the first and last points of contact for customers at the store.
