Role overview

This part-time remote position is focused on keeping inventory, order processing, and supply-related activities running smoothly in support of software delivery operations. The coordinator will help ensure that tools, assets, and resources reach the right teams at the right time.

Key duties

In this role, you will manage everyday logistics coordination, keep stock information up to date, and help track orders and company assets. You will also work with internal teams and outside partners to confirm schedules, handle logistics-related issues, and maintain reliable records.

Additional responsibilities include updating systems with current inventory and shipment details, preparing simple reports, and suggesting practical improvements that make logistics processes more efficient and dependable.

Qualifications and requirements

• You should be comfortable analyzing data, spotting trends, and solving coordination or inventory-related problems.
• You need strong communication skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors or partners.
• Good customer service abilities are important for handling questions, expectations, and issue resolution in a professional manner.
• Experience with inventory tracking, asset records, or similar documentation is required.
• A solid understanding of supply chain basics and vendor coordination is expected.
• You should be proficient with spreadsheets and logistics or ERP software, and able to adapt quickly to new systems.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks independently in a remote environment are important.
• Previous work in logistics, operations, or coordination is preferred; related study or certification will be considered an advantage.
