Line Minder - 4040 (Day Shift)

Role Overview

Whitworths Ltd is seeking skilled Line Minders experienced with Baggers or Multihead Weighers for a full-time role stationed in Irthlingborough, England. As a Line Minder, you will be accountable for running and maintaining production lines, ensuring all pre-start preparations align with production requirements, and successfully managing line set ups and changeovers to meet rigorous production targets and quality benchmarks.

Work Schedule and Compensation

• Basic hourly wage of 14.23
• Additional shift premiums on top of base pay
• 40.5 working hours each week
• Shift patterns available: 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm, or 11pm to 7am

Candidate Profile

While previous production line operating experience and basic engineering knowledge are preferred, they are not mandatory, as training will be provided. Candidates should possess strong motivation, enthusiasm, and a commitment to high-quality work standards. Satisfactory literacy and numeracy skills are essential. Experience within the food manufacturing industry is advantageous.
