Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring consistent value is provided to clients.
• Create and manage delivery plans including scoping, estimates, releases, and contractual documentation.
• Partner closely with clients to interpret their strategic vision and success metrics into practical project roadmaps.
• Provide hands-on leadership and expert facilitation to delivery teams for successful outcomes.
• Advise clients on product ownership and agile delivery aligning with best industry practices.
• Contribute insights and technical evaluations during discovery workshop planning.
• Facilitate and lead discovery workshops to align stakeholders and define delivery roadmaps.
• Enhance and evolve company delivery methodologies and frameworks.
• Apply discovery frameworks such as Design Thinking, Opportunity Solution Trees, Lean Startup, and Dual-Track Agile.
• Develop trusted client relationships bridging technical and business aspects and identify growth opportunities.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and career growth.
• Participate actively in recruitment and onboarding of new talent.
• Ensure team alignment and escalate challenges to senior leaders as needed.
• Represent the company’s values and promote effective software development practices.
• Encourage cross-functional collaboration in dual-track agile environments.
• Create thought leadership materials to support marketing and company presence at meetups and conferences.
• Engage in internal knowledge sharing to foster innovation and continual improvement.

Candidate Profile

• Experience delivering projects successfully, preferably in IT consulting.
• Background in business analysis, software development, or similar hands-on roles prior to delivery leadership.
• Adaptable and flexible to occasionally cover roles such as BA or Product Owner as required.
• Strong understanding of agile development practices and delivery frameworks.
• Proven experience facilitating discovery workshops with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical skills to interpret problems using data insights and research.
• Enjoy working collaboratively to achieve client and project success.
