Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and continuous enhancement of premium AI-generated visuals emphasizing realism, consistency, and alignment with business goals.
• Create, refine, and scale generative AI workflows using contemporary image generation platforms and automation technologies.
• Implement automation for mass content creation by leveraging batch processing, APIs, scripting, and orchestrated workflows.
• Establish technical guidelines and best practice standards for AI image generation across diverse content channels.
• Assess new AI models, tools, and methodologies and validate their integration effectiveness prior to production deployment.
• Drive process enhancements to elevate quality, scalability, speed, and operational workflow efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated extensive experience in producing AI-generated visual media, specifically realistic human images, avatars, AI personas, or large-scale creative assets.
• Proficient with generative AI frameworks and ecosystems such as ComfyUI, Flux, Nano Banana Pro, ChatGPT, WaveSpeed, or comparable technologies.
• Experienced in creating automated workflows using APIs, platforms like n8n, batch generation tools, scripting, or akin automation software.
• Deep understanding of image realism factors including composition, anatomy, lighting, visual coherence, and artifact minimization.
• Capable of designing scalable production infrastructures rather than isolated projects.
• Strong leadership skills with a record of establishing technical direction and optimizing creative workflows.
• Excellent communicator who thrives in remote team settings and exhibits sound decision-making.
• Highly self-driven with an aptitude for agile learning in a rapidly evolving AI domain and swift evaluation of new technologies.
