Job Overview and Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated Laundry Manager to oversee and coordinate the daily laundry activities, ensuring outstanding service quality and smooth operations.

• Supervise and manage the end-to-end laundry workflow, from receiving orders to dispatching cleaned garments.
• Lead, train, and oversee the operations team to achieve high performance levels.
• Maintain CleanFoldz's quality standards by ensuring garments are processed to meet company expectations.
• Ensure timely delivery of laundry orders while optimizing operational efficiency.
• Keep track of inventory, consumables, and ensure machines receive proper maintenance.
• Address operational challenges and customer concerns quickly and effectively.
• Promote a workplace that is clean, safe, and well-organized.
• Monitor and enhance key performance indicators related to productivity, quality, and overall operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of three years experience in laundry management, hospitality, manufacturing, or operations leadership.
• Proven skills in leading and managing teams effectively.
• Strong organizational capabilities and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Basic proficiency with computer applications including Excel and MS Office.
• Prior experience specifically in laundry or dry cleaning operations is advantageous.
