Key Responsibilities

• Complete laundry tasks including machine washing, drying, ironing, and folding garments.
• Operate and perform routine maintenance on laundry equipment.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Engage with customers effectively and professionally.
• Manage laundry inventory effectively to avoid shortages or excess.
• Keep the laundry area clean and organized.
• Maintain accurate records related to laundry operations.
• Work closely with housekeeping and front office staff for smooth coordination.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Communication, Social Sciences, or related disciplines.
• Have foundational knowledge of fabric care techniques and laundry chemicals.
• Exhibit strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills and a cooperative, team-oriented mindset.
• Be resident in or willing to relocate to Nairobi County for this role.

Preferred Credentials

• Certification or diploma in Housekeeping or Laundry Operations is advantageous.
• Prior experience within laundry services, hotels, or hospitality sectors is a plus.
