Role Overview

As a Landscape Foreman, you will lead and manage crews on luxurious residential projects in the Southern Lakes region. Your responsibilities include overseeing projects from initial handover through planning and daily oversight to final delivery, ensuring clients receive outdoor spaces they cherish. Your role merges hands-on involvement with broader focus on timelines, quality, safety, and budget management.

Key Responsibilities

• Taking full responsibility for projects from handover to final completion, managing daily site operations.
• Leading teams across various hardscape and softscape elements such as pools, spas, concrete, stonework, paving, retaining walls, decking, pergolas, louvres, fencing, gates, screens, drainage, lawns, and planting.
• Exhibiting exemplary leadership by actively working alongside crews, maintaining motivation and performance.
• Engaging in clear and consistent communication with clients and subcontractors to maintain project progress.
• Ensuring safety standards, site organization, and outstanding quality throughout the work.

Candidate Requirements

• Practical expertise in concrete, paving, and timber structures including decks, pergolas, and retaining walls.
• Proven leadership ability to manage crews and maintain momentum on complex construction projects.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and adaptability for onsite challenges.
• Commitment to high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Compatibility with a positive work culture and team-oriented attitude.
• Possession of a full, clean driver's license.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage ranging from $40 to $50, dependent on experience.
