Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and diligent Labourer to join our dynamic Non-Mechanical Division team. This role demands a proactive attitude and a strong work ethic to help maintain a well-organized, efficient, and safe depot environment. The position offers hands-on responsibilities with real opportunities for career advancement within a growing, supportive company.

Main Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the workshop and yard, ensuring they are hazard-free.
• Thoroughly clean and properly store equipment.
• Perform quality inspections on equipment before dispatch to confirm readiness for hire.
• Assist with general workshop tasks as needed.
• Conduct driving duties where applicable, assisting drivers and customers with loading and unloading.
• Operate forklift machinery when required.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience as a labourer, especially within a hire depot or yard environment, is preferred.
• Effective team player with a readiness to support colleagues.
• Capable of independently managing tasks and exhibiting initiative in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail with a firm commitment to safety protocols.
• Possession of a CSCS card, forklift license, and valid driving licence is advantageous.
