About the Role
Join Doctolib and contribute to revolutionizing healthcare through digital innovation. As a Junior Project Manager, you will lead the implementation of digital health solutions for clients ranging from medical practices to hospitals and clinics. You will play a multifaceted role combining consultancy, application expertise, change management, and project leadership. Early in your tenure, you will independently manage projects, guiding clients through the onboarding phase and supporting the digital transformation of healthcare in Germany.
Key Responsibilities
- Take over projects handed off by Sales Managers and manage the entire deployment process for customers, including planning, coordination, and execution.
- Act as the primary contact throughout the project implementation for clients and serve as the internal liaison connecting marketing, technical, and other departments.
- Conduct assessments and analysis phases, establish client organization structures within Doctolib, and oversee data export/import coordination.
- Train client staff including key users and end-users, and facilitate Go-Live either onsite, remotely, or in a hybrid model.
- Maintain continuous documentation of project progress (e.g., using Asana) and hand over projects systematically to the Performance Team after completion (Day+30).
Candidate Profile
- Experience in project management or client consulting, preferably within B2B or the software industry.
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for serving as main contact for diverse stakeholders.
- Organized, independent working style paired with a high level of solution orientation.
- Willingness to travel for onsite meetings primarily within the Munich area and beyond.
- Fluency in German and good command of English.
