Overview
Begin your professional journey at the crossroads of important leadership decisions by joining us as a Junior Project Associate for Executive Search. In this role, you will support both national and international executive search mandates, collaborating closely with a seasoned Managing Director. The position involves handling comprehensive search projects from market analysis and candidate identification through to successfully filling leadership positions. Prior experience in executive search is not mandatory; what matters is your enthusiasm for communication, reliability, eagerness to develop rapidly, and fluent verbal and written skills in German and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed market analyses, develop market mappings, and compile target company lists.
- Identify and professionally engage suitable leadership candidates.
- Assist in ongoing communication with clients and candidates.
- Coordinate project timelines, appointments, and priorities effectively.
- Participate in candidate interviews conducted online and in person.
- Prepare search specifications, candidate profiles, and presentations.
- Generate customer reports and prepare structured comparisons of candidates.
- Contribute to candidate presentations and selection processes.
- Maintain project, client, and candidate data within CRM systems and client platforms.
- Support reporting, project administration, and invoice management tasks.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies applicable to the executive search process.
Progression
As you gain experience, there will be gradual increases in responsibility including managing individual project segments and communication with both candidates and clients. Tasks will align with your previous activities in the role.

- Possession of a completed or near completion university degree.
- Flawless fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
