Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and service-oriented Junior Sales Operations Support Specialist to join our Sales Operations team. This role primarily provides day-to-day operational assistance to our Sales team to ensure their tools, data, and workflows function seamlessly. You will actively help resolve obstacles faced by sales representatives, maintain high data quality, and contribute to keeping our sales systems organized and efficient. This position is ideal for individuals early in their Sales or Revenue Operations career, keen to deepen their understanding of sales processes, tools, and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as a frontline resource addressing operational impediments that hinder the sales process, such as correcting record inaccuracies, aiding in quote approvals, and troubleshooting common challenges.
• Monitor and support the integrity of our sales technology stack, addressing basic system issues, assisting users, and escalating complex problems when necessary.
• Ensure data accuracy within our CRM and reporting tools by detecting and resolving inconsistencies, duplicates, and mismatches among contracts, opportunities, and records.
• Support the creation and updating of sales reports and dashboards, reviewing existing outputs to identify errors or outdated data.
• Perform regular audits and reviews of sales data and performance indicators to prevent overlooked deals, stalled opportunities, or misdirected accounts.

Requirements

• A minimum of one year of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or CRM support roles (internship experience is valid).
• Preferably proficient with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, comfortable managing large datasets.
• Highly detail-focused, organized, and takes strong ownership of tasks.
• Curious mindset with enthusiasm for learning new tools and sales operations methodologies.
• Able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize urgent issues effectively.
• Strong communication skills allowing for clear interaction with stakeholders and clarifying questions.
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and workflows.
• Motivated to pursue a long-term career pathway in Sales or Revenue Operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in building Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Familiarity with AI technologies such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar.
• Background in ticketing or internal support systems.
• Understanding of fundamental Sales concepts, including leads, accounts, opportunities, ownership, and approval workflows.
• Experience in SaaS or technology companies.
