Junior Graphic & Multimedia Designer

About The Role

Become an integral part of The Brewerkz Group's dynamic phase of growth and expansion by joining as a Junior Graphic & Multimedia Designer. This position supports creative efforts across a diverse family of brands, including Singapore's longest-standing craft brewery, a renowned modern Mexican dining establishment, and a celebrated modern Asian restaurant. You'll be contributing primarily to both print and digital design outputs, emphasizing social media visuals, video reels, and website graphics.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and customize marketing materials for print and digital use such as menus, posters, email marketing campaigns, and social media posts.
• Create compelling visual content for social media channels, including short-form videos and reels, as well as online assets for websites.
• Support food and lifestyle content shoots by assisting with photography and videography.
• Develop and pitch innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Maintain accuracy and ensure timely delivery of creative artwork across multiple platforms.
• Coordinate with vendors to manage print production and logistics.
• Keep abreast of social media and digital trends to maintain brand freshness and relevance.
• Provide broad creative and administrative support to the marketing department.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of one year of relevant professional experience is preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Familiarity with video and motion graphics software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
• Solid understanding of social media content formats and short video production.
• Excellent visual design skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress is advantageous.
