Key Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in spirits and cocktail craft, delivering innovative drink creations consistent with the brand’s identity.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to your team, fostering their skill development and ensuring high-quality customer service.
• Coordinate daily operations smoothly, maintain clear communication flows, and oversee administrative responsibilities.
• Keep informed about industry trends, evaluate customer satisfaction, and introduce improvements to service delivery.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum four years of experience in food and beverage, including at least eight years working in upscale restaurants or bustling cocktail bars.
• Fluency in written and spoken English with strong attention to detail, organizational capabilities, and resilience under pressure.
• Competency in Point of Sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.
