Role Overview

We seek a motivated and meticulous Junior Ad Performance Manager to enhance the effectiveness of vehicle advertisements across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Observe and support the performance of car advertisements on various online outlets.
• Help optimize listings to boost their visibility, user engagement, and conversion rates.
• Perform basic performance data analysis to uncover opportunities for improvements.
• Assist with A/B testing of ad titles, descriptions, and images.
• Maintain consistent and high-quality presentation standards for vehicle ads.
• Coordinate with cross-European teams.
• Monitor essential performance metrics and aid in reporting activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficiency in English language, both written and verbal.
• Keen interest in digital platforms, analytics, and online performance metrics.
• Fundamental analytical abilities and eagerness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail combined with an organized approach to tasks.
• Interest or enthusiasm for the automotive industry is desirable.
• Previous exposure to online content management, advertising, or digital environments will be beneficial.

Additional Information

The position is based at Kompleksi e-88, Laprake, Tirana, with a workweek consisting of Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours weekly.
