Role Overview
This position requires mastery in Computer Science or a related discipline along with over 8 years of experience. The candidate should demonstrate an intrinsic motivation for continuous learning and self-improvement, possess strong problem-solving capabilities across various complexity levels, and be able to experiment and validate assumptions scientifically to reach informed conclusions. Effective leadership skills to mentor mid-level developers and a comprehensive understanding of project scope and delegation are essential. A strategic mindset for project development aligning with final market objectives is necessary.
Responsibilities & Skills
- Designing, programming, and implementing extensive information systems.
- Providing detailed evaluations and solutions for complex technical challenges.
- Mentoring and training team members.
- Applying discretion and independent judgment in duties.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Technical Expertise
- Front-end technologies including React.js, Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Proficiency in Java 8+ with lambdas.
- Test design and unit testing methodologies.
- Experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.
- Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) using Jenkins pipelines.
- Cloud technologies with AWS services (S3, SNS, SQS, RDS, DynamoDB), and infrastructure management with Terraform.
- Monitoring and logging tools such as InfluxDB, Grafana, Sensu, ELK stack, Kibana.
- Infrastructure automation tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Mesos/Marathon.
- Version control and development practices: Git, Scrum, Pair Programming, Peer Review.
- Familiarity with C4 architecture diagrams, infrastructure as code, and one-click deployments.
- Knowledge of Jest, Kotlin, and additional AWS services is advantageous.
