Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Manage and administer Proxmox VE, including cluster operations, backups, storage, and networking.
- Operate and enhance server and storage infrastructure to maintain optimum performance and reliability.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize overall system efficiency.
- Handle administration of HPE Aruba network environments covering switching, VLAN, WLAN, and ideally ClearPass.
- Provide second and third-level technical support assistance.
- Participate actively in IT projects focused on infrastructure modernization and improvements.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Completed training as IT specialist for system integration, a degree in an IT-related field, or minimum four years of hands-on experience in system administration.
- Strong expertise in managing Proxmox VE environments.
- Practical experience working with HPE Aruba networking equipment.
- Proficient with both Linux and Windows server operating systems.
- Organized work approach combined with excellent teamwork capabilities and a strong sense of personal responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills alongside customer-oriented and solution-focused thinking.
