Job Description
This role involves delivering end-user technical assistance primarily focused on Windows 10, MS Office, OneDrive, MacOS, printers, and Office 365 platforms. Responsibilities include operating system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting various issues using ticket management tools, with additional knowledge required in DNS and DHCP protocols.
Candidate Profile
- Applicants must be recent graduates or have completed a diploma in any discipline.
- Immediate joining candidates preferred.
- This position is open only to male candidates.
- Freshers from graduating batches 2024 to 2026 are encouraged to apply.
- Training will be provided to successful candidates.
- Must possess good communication skills and be a quick learner.
- Should be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Compensation
Salary range is from 20,000 to 50,000 INR per month.
