We are looking for an Intermediate Project Manager to join our Auckland office, bringing solid experience and deliverance in commercial construction and consultancy project management.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Possesses a relevant tertiary qualification within the building or construction disciplines.
• Minimum three years of professional experience within New Zealand’s commercial construction industry, specifically with proven project management credentials in consultancy environments.
• Preferred experience managing projects spanning commercial, vertical building, or mixed-use developments.
• Additional skills in project management, design consultancy, and contract management across various sectors is beneficial.
• A motivated self-starter, dedicated to surpassing client expectations consistently.
• Exceptional communication abilities—both written and verbal—as well as strong numerical competence.
• Proficient in computer applications including MS Office Suite and MS Project.
• Adaptability, proactive attitude, and eagerness to acquire new skills to effectively address complex project issues.
• Consultant-side project management experience is a must-have.
