Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Inbound Sales Development Representative to become an integral part of our EMEA Sales team based in Dublin. This role requires intellectual curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a dedicated work ethic. You will engage with current Asana users and fresh prospects through outreach methods including emails, calls, and social media to create qualified sales lead opportunities for our Corporate and Enterprise teams throughout EMEA. This position provides an excellent platform to develop foundational sales skills while collaborating with a team dedicated to innovative and progressive technology sales.
Work Schedule and Location
This position is office-based at our Dublin office with a hybrid attendance model. Standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Employees typically work from home on Wednesdays, with Friday's remote option depending on role and team alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate prospective and current free users regarding benefits of upgrading to Premium, Business, or Enterprise products.
- Engage prospects actively maintaining dynamic follow-up communications.
- Manage a substantial volume of inbound and outbound communications efficiently.
- Handle inbound sales leads strategically, leveraging them to explore additional contacts within prospects’ organizations.
- Conduct qualification discussions with potential customers.
- Facilitate smooth transfer of qualified appointments to appropriate sales representatives.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of daily activities and prospect information in Salesforce.
- Analyze sales data and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to devise new outreach strategies.
Candidate Profile
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.
- Fluency in an additional language is highly advantageous.
- Keen interest in building a career in Software Sales (SaaS).
- Experience in customer-facing roles or in inbound/outbound sales development preferred.
- Passion for technology and ability to share enthusiasm effectively.
- Strong communication, empathy, and integrity.
- Self-driven with ability to identify inefficiencies and optimize processes.
- Commitment to continuous learning, adaptability, and positive mindset.
- Curious about AI tools and emerging technologies, and willingness to harness these to boost productivity and collaboration.
Compensation and Benefits
Our compensation approach aligns pay with market value and individual impact, supported by an annual pay equity audit. On-target earnings (OTE) range from €49,500 to €52,000, with base salary between €39,600 and €41,600. Exact salary depends on market factors and applicant qualifications.
