• Design and implement compelling visual merchandising concepts promptly in a fast-paced store atmosphere.
• Lead, train, and mentor team members to ensure outstanding visual presentation standards.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and visual merchandising leadership to strategize and execute campaigns and meet visual merchandising targets.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming shopping environment to enhance customer experience.
