Job description
Role Summary
This role involves managing the setup, installation, configuration, customization, and integration of SDx/SDx2 applications, along with designing work processes tied to client technology and business outcome solutions. The Implementation Consultant is integral to a project team focused on delivering seamless implementation and integration across client systems and environments, predominantly in the Middle East region.
Key Duties
- Collaborate closely with Technical Leads and Project Managers to align on tasks and ensure punctual project progression.
- Coordinate both onsite and remote client activities such as access management, scheduling, and liaising with appropriate teams.
- Organize and oversee SDV/DTO mapping, data migration from third-party EDMS to SDx/SDx2, design tool integrations, and content extraction from 2D/3D models, ensuring technical teams stay coordinated.
- Liaise with technical teams regarding third-party system integrations including APIs and interfaces, ensuring adherence to industry-standard workflows and facilitating client-contractor collaboration.
- Possess hands-on expertise with SPID, SI, SEL, and S3D systems as well as engineering work processes.
- Support testing and validation phases by managing sessions, recording results, and tracking follow-ups on identified actions.
- Maintain clear and effective written and verbal communication with customers.
- Track and document system issues and defects, escalating appropriately to product and engineering departments.
- Gather and consolidate client feedback for the enhancement of product and service quality.
- Maintain detailed project documentation including functional requirements, design documents, and lessons learned.
- Prepare test scripts and conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
- Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling and ensuring readiness of materials and participants.
- Support presales activities such as demo logistics, workshops, and technical discussions when needed.
- Manage support request routing and oversee resolution tracking.
