Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our expanding team. In close collaboration with management, you will oversee daily HR operations, assist in recruitment, employee growth, policy enforcement, and ensure adherence to company guidelines and UAE labor laws. This role offers an excellent chance for an HR professional to engage in multiple HR domains while supporting the organization's growth.
Core Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment processes such as job advertising, resume screening, conducting initial interviews, onboarding, and new employee orientation.
- Manage employee documentation, contracts, attendance records, leave tracking, and coordinate payroll activities.
- Develop, enforce, and update HR policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Organize employee training programs, performance evaluations, and developmental initiatives.
- Assist in employee relations and help resolve HR-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and internal company policies.
- Generate HR reports and suggest enhancements to HR processes and systems.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- 3 to 5 years of HR experience, ideally within the UAE region.
- Sound knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR industry best practices.
- Proficiency in recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, HRIS platforms, and general HR administration.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and attention to detail.
- Experience in developing HR policies and SOPs.
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Exposure to manufacturing, construction, or industrial sectors is a plus.
