About Whizz HR
Whizz HR is seeking a driven Human Resources Executive to lead and manage all functions within the Human Resources department while supporting employees across various teams. This role offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment with ample opportunities for career progression.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and enhance the company's HR operations through planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations policies, programs, and practices.
- Establish goals for the HR team, monitor progress through measurable metrics, and manage HR databases and systems efficiently.
- Maintain organizational work structure by updating job descriptions and requirements.
- Implement and communicate new company policies effectively.
- Serve as a consultant to managers and staff on policy, procedural, and regulatory matters.
- Recommend and introduce HR software solutions such as performance review tools to improve personnel management.
- Address employee inquiries regarding compensation, labor laws, and other relevant issues.
- Manage the recruitment and hiring processes from start to finish.
- Organize and conduct employee orientation and training programs to prepare staff for their roles.
- Support employee performance management, including coaching, disciplinary actions, grievance resolution, and facilitating management conferences.
- Assess and maintain employee benefits programs and communicate details to staff.
- Ensure daily workflow is maintained and update hiring spreadsheets regularly to align tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an HR Executive or related position.
- Strong understanding of Employment and Labour laws, and payroll processes.
- Practical experience using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Experience in designing and managing compensation and benefits plans.
- Ability to formulate and implement fair and clear company policies.
- Excellent analytical thinking and sound decision-making skills.
- Strong team leadership and management capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
