Role Overview
SoldThrough seeks a proactive and organized Human Resources Coordinator dedicated to fostering an exceptional employee experience and ensuring smooth office operations. This multifaceted role involves supporting employees throughout their employment lifecycle and enhancing HR procedures in a growing company environment.
Key Duties
- Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, orientation, and maintaining complete employee documentation.
- Draft employment letters, keep personnel files updated, and ensure precise HR record-keeping.
- Assist recruitment by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and aiding hiring managers during the hiring process.
- Contribute to expanding the Learning & Development resources, employee training programs, and standard operating procedure documentation.
- Enhance HR policies, processes, documentation, and employee tools to accommodate company growth.
- Support benefits administration, employee communications, and respond to common HR inquiries.
- Coordinate performance management cycles at mid-year and year-end to meet deadlines and report progress to HR management.
- Assist payroll by gathering and verifying employee and timekeeping data.
- Organize employee engagement activities, team events, and company celebrations.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and employment laws.
- Contribute to special projects that aid organizational development and reinforce company culture.
- Help with travel planning and expense reports as required.
- Maintain the office’s safety, organization, and overall employee environment.
- Identify and implement scalable operational improvements as the company expands.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Office Administration, People Operations, or equivalent roles.
- Previous exposure to startup or rapidly growing business settings is advantageous.
- Strong organizational capabilities to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic workplace.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Displays professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion at all times.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Detail-oriented and driven by a proactive problem-solving mindset.
