Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment for both corporate and onsite positions, collaborating with department leaders to determine manpower needs.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, recruitment agencies, employee referrals, and campus drives.
  • Conduct interviews, negotiate salaries, and facilitate onboarding procedures.
  • Manage all HR operations including hiring, probation, transfers, promotions, and exits, along with maintaining comprehensive employee records and documentation.
  • Prepare official HR documents such as appointment letters, confirmation notices, promotion letters, warning letters, and exit formalities.
  • Administer attendance tracking, leave management, overtime recording, and payroll processing in coordination with the finance department.

  • Ensure strict compliance with labor laws including PF, ESI, CLRA, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, Bonus Acts, and other relevant state regulations.

  • Liaise with labor contractors to uphold statutory compliance.
  • Provide HR support across multiple excavation and project sites, including coordinating manpower mobilization and demobilization.
  • Monitor labor attendance, accommodation, welfare, and legal compliance at project locations.
  • Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems, manage probation evaluations, confirmations, and assist managers in goal setting and employee development.
  • Address employee grievances, manage disciplinary actions, foster employee engagement, and cultivate a positive work environment.
  • Identify training requirements, coordinate both technical and behavioral training sessions, conduct employee inductions, and maintain training documentation.
  • Formulate, enforce, and communicate HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance across all sites and recommending system improvements where necessary.
