Mnzil is hiring an HR Operations Associate to support daily people operations at its Riyadh office. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on delivering a smooth employee experience, keeping HR workflows organized, and making sure all activities stay aligned with local compliance requirements as the company expands across Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding new hires to handling offboarding activities.
  • Draft employment contracts, HR correspondence, and other formal employee documents.
  • Run monthly payroll activities, verify input accuracy, and ensure submissions are completed on schedule.
  • Keep employee files current and maintain complete, well-organized HR records.
  • Complete HR-related transactions through Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and Chamber of Commerce systems.
  • Administer medical insurance enrollments, renewals, and employee updates.
  • Support Iqama renewals, transfers, work visa processing, and other government procedures.
  • Coordinate international hiring, relocation arrangements, and related employment paperwork.
