About the Role
Sweet County Delights Private Limited is seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Generalist to oversee comprehensive HR functions within a vibrant FMCG manufacturing setting in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra. This full-time role requires expertise in recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, employee engagement, HR operations, and performance management, ensuring alignment with labor laws and company regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes end-to-end for various roles including blue-collar, white-collar, and managerial positions through multiple sourcing channels.
- Conduct resume screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and maintain recruitment data and MIS.
- Oversee employee onboarding including documentation, induction programs, and personal file management in HRIS.
- Administer payroll accurately and timely, verifying attendance, leaves, incentives, and coordinating with finance for processing.
- Ensure compliance with statutory obligations such as EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Bonus, Gratuity, and Minimum Wages, maintaining all requisite records and facilitating audits.
- Handle employee relations by addressing grievances, organizing engagement activities, conducting exit interviews, and fostering a positive work atmosphere.
- Coordinate performance management cycles including probation reviews and appraisals, tracking KRAs and KPIs.
- Identify and organize training sessions in coordination with department heads, covering technical, behavioral, GMP, hygiene, and safety topics.
- Generate regular HR reports on recruitment, payroll, attendance, attrition, compliance, and employee engagement, maintaining precise documentation and dashboards.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Comprehensive knowledge of recruitment and bulk hiring across various job categories.
- Proficiency in payroll processing and attendance/leave management.
- Strong understanding of statutory labor compliance.
- Expertise in HR documentation and HRIS systems.
- Experience in employee relations, performance management, and training facilitation.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and familiarity with MS Word, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Microsoft Outlook, and payroll software like Tally.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities.
- High confidentiality standards and meticulous attention to detail.
