About the Role
Our client, a respected organization focused on safety, is seeking a part-time HR Administrator to join their People & Culture team. This role offers a great opportunity for an early-career HR professional to gain comprehensive experience across various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations. The position involves working three days a week with a hybrid setup including one day working from home and an hourly wage of $42 plus superannuation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and upgrade of a major Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
- Provide broad support in recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, and employee relations activities.
- Manage maintenance of HR records and ensure compliance with employment documentation requirements.
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including learning & development, and workplace health & safety initiatives.
- Update and manage data within HR systems effectively.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Prior experience working in HR administration, recruitment coordination, or within a People & Culture team.
- Excellent administration capabilities with a strong eye for detail.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills like VLOOKUPs, and experience with HR information systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
