The Hoxton has launched its inaugural hotel in Ireland's vibrant capital city, Dublin—a coastal city rich in history and culture, known for its green spaces, music, arts, and vibrant dining and nightlife scene. This new site will feature 129 rooms of various sizes, multiple bars, restaurants, and for the first time, a nightclub within the hotel.

Role Overview

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be accountable for maintaining the pristine condition of guest rooms to the brand's standards, ensuring a spotless and welcoming environment that contributes positively to our guests' experiences. You will lead by example, motivating and supporting your housekeeping team to perform at their best while encouraging professional growth.

Key Duties

• Ensure guest rooms are cleaned, serviced, well-presented, and maintained consistently to brand standards.
• Contribute to delivering an exceptional guest experience through spotless rooms.
• Lead, inspire, and foster a supportive and positive environment within the housekeeping team.
• Hands-on training and guidance of housekeeping staff to uphold high cleanliness standards.
• Monitor cleaning processes across guestrooms and public areas.
• Collaborate with Head Housekeeper and Assistant Head Housekeeper to maintain and enhance partnerships with external housekeeping providers.
