Join a company passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality services! Blackberry Farm, located at 1507 E. Millers Cove Rd, Walland, TN 37886, is seeking a meticulous Housekeeping Inspector to uphold cleanliness standards and ensure guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly inspect cleaned rooms utilizing a detailed checklist to confirm all standards are met, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
• Attend daily morning meetings to receive room assignments.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all common areas throughout the property.
• Transport laundry items to the service center for pickup by the laundry facility.
• Restock housekeeping closets with necessary amenities and linens.
• Clean and upkeep of the Service Center, Operations Center, restrooms, and break rooms.
• Maintain golf carts by cleaning and charging them after shifts.
• Immediately report any room maintenance concerns to the Maintenance and Design teams.
• Collect lost and found items from vacant rooms, deliver them to the front desk, and notify management.
• Conduct final inspections of rooms post-cleaning to ensure readiness.
• Confirm all room supplies are adequately stocked and notify the Front Desk when rooms are ready for guests.
• Perform assigned room makeups and turnovers efficiently.
• Load the stocker cart daily with supplies including bedding, toiletries, glassware, hangers, light bulbs, robes, and more.
• Assist with cleaning check-out and stay-over rooms as needed.
• Lead housekeeping staff to maintain 5-star cleanliness standards across all rooms.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in cleaning roles, ideally in a hotel setting, with a solid understanding of cleanliness standards.
• Effective communication skills to interact with team members, guests, and management.
• Basic mathematical skills for task execution.
• Good judgment and decision-making skills aligned with company goals.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift supplies up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working with cleaning chemicals and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to safely operate a company vehicle or golf cart.

Additional Information

• Must be available for both morning and evening shifts.
• Consistent attendance and adherence to company policies are mandatory.
• Work environment involves exposure to various weather conditions and requires physical stamina.

Compensation

Hourly wage ranges between $20.00 and $22.00.
