Housekeeping Assistant (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for a committed team member to support the Dessau location on a 603 EUR basis. The position focuses on maintaining cleanliness, order, and a welcoming environment throughout the youth hostel.

Key duties

• Carry out the cleaning schedule and actively assist with cleaning tasks across the property.
• Check rooms and common areas for cleanliness, tidiness, and proper functioning.
• Take care of the indoor green plants.
• Ensure hygiene standards are consistently followed in the youth hostel.
• Step in to support other areas of the hostel when needed.

Profile we are looking for

• A well-presented appearance.
• Strong social skills and ease in dealing with people.
• Resilience and a willingness to perform well under pressure.
• Confident and composed behavior in stressful situations.
• Flexibility regarding working hours.
