Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily cleaning duties across resident rooms, bathrooms, communal spaces, and offices.
• Ensure all areas meet sanitation and safety standards by following established cleaning procedures.
• Keep records of cleaning activities and promptly communicate maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Adhere to infection control measures and universal precautions to uphold a hygienic environment.
• Engage cordially with residents, staff, and visitors, providing excellent service.
• Perform additional assigned tasks as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with building occupants, management, and HCSG leadership to accomplish daily responsibilities.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is necessary.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push and pull up to 50 pounds, and stand, sit, bend, or walk for prolonged durations.
• Capable of performing routine and repetitive tasks continuously.
• Comfortable working with cleaning agents and products.
• Follow both verbal and written instructions efficiently.
• Residency within the local service area is required.
