The Burger's Priest is looking to hire Hourly Supervisors for their Bayfield location in Barrie, Ontario. Key Responsibilities

• Train and mentor your team to deliver exceptional service aligned with company standards.
• Establish clear performance expectations and conduct regular follow-ups with team members.
• Take guidance and constructive feedback from Senior Management to improve operations.
• Independently manage opening and closing of the restaurant as a key holder.
• Handle cash deposits reconciliation accurately.
• Manage inventory including placing orders and performing counts.
• Resolve customer complaints to ensure guest satisfaction before they leave.

Candidate Requirements

• At least one year of prior team leadership experience.
• Friendly demeanor and enthusiasm towards job responsibilities.
• Passion for food and commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Availability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform both collaboratively and independently as situations demand.
• Capability to remain composed under busy conditions.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Physical ability to stand for extended durations and work in a warm environment.
