Role Overview

We seek a Hostel Support Officer dedicated to a resident-focused approach. This role is crucial in improving residents' lives through preventing and alleviating homelessness. Responsibilities include supporting homeless individuals registered in hostels, overseeing day-to-day hostel operations, performing administrative duties, reporting maintenance issues, and tracking the resolution of these problems.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a clear understanding of the Housing Act 1996 and the Homeless Reduction Act 2017, alongside a willingness to learn and adapt.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, permanent position. Interviews are scheduled for the week commencing 10th August 2025.
