This individual will lead content creation, positioning, and promotional strategies while collaborating closely with clinical leadership to ensure accuracy, integrating personal marketing insights in all produced content.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage all webinar-related materials such as presentation decks, medically reviewed email sequences, and interactive polls, handling everything from audience engagement to post-webinar follow-up.

- Maintain up-to-date conference collateral including banners, leaflets, and other on-site promotional assets.
- Produce sales enablement content like one-pagers, product explanations, and sales pitch aids.
- Repurpose content efficiently across different formats, for example converting webinars into blog series or one-pagers.
- Manage briefs, project trackers, and content reviews while coordinating with designers, agencies, and expert presenters from inception to completion.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance work speed without compromising on accuracy or judgment.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years experience in health/wellness content creation, health marketing, or content operations, preferably within a B2B context.
- Clinical or scientific background is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated skill in translating clinical research and studies into precise, compelling content that appeals to a clinical or practitioner audience (samples required).
- Commercially minded with a clear understanding of how content can influence sales pipelines; accountability for content performance against metrics and business objectives.
- Excellent writing, editing, and project management capabilities handling multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
- Competency in storyboarding presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides; knowledge of Figma is a plus.
- Experience marketing to physicians, nurses, or specialists in fertility or reproductive health is a strong advantage.
- Background in health technology, femtech, consumer health, or wearable technology sectors preferred.
Benefits and Work Environment
- Opportunity to join a rapidly expanding femtech company with a significant mission to enhance women's health and care access.
- Work within a passionate and international team focusing on meaningful impact.
- Engage in a dynamic startup atmosphere where contributions directly influence growth, strategy, and key company decisions.
- Possibilities for professional development and leadership as the company scales.
- Flexible, fully remote work supporting autonomy and independence with a 40-hour workweek and adaptable hours requiring periodic overlap with US teams.
- Competitive salary complemented by a performance-driven bonus plan aligned with key objectives.
