About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations at a dynamic hospitality venture located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. This role demands an experienced culinary professional capable of steering a busy kitchen with expertise and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all kitchen activities including food preparation and production.
- Develop menus featuring Continental and Indian cuisine with creative input.
- Manage kitchen operations including food costing, inventory, and hygiene compliance.
- Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff ensuring high-quality standards.
- Maintain consistent food quality and safety throughout all service periods.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 12 years of professional kitchen experience in reputable establishments.
- In-depth knowledge of Continental and Indian culinary styles and practices.
- Skillful in food costing, inventory management, and kitchen team leadership.
- Strong ability to ensure hygiene standards and food consistency.
- Proven experience in mentoring and managing kitchen personnel.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range of ₹45,000 to ₹55,000 per month, commensurate with experience and skill.

Selection Process
