Candidate Profile

We seek a dynamic, proactive, and commercially minded individual who can operate remotely while traveling periodically for essential senior leadership meetings. The ideal candidate should exhibit adaptability and prioritize operational efficiencies. Preferably, you are a qualified finance professional with experience in high-growth or startup environments, particularly within SaaS companies experiencing rapid scaling. You must be comfortable collaborating with senior management and willing to engage hands-on as needed. Key Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Finance leadership in daily finance operations management.
• Oversee global accounting functions, including compliance during international expansions.
• Lead and manage the finance team effectively.
• Handle comprehensive accounting tasks such as general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, and payroll management.
• Ensure timely and precise preparation of financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Contribute to annual group budgeting and maintain rolling financial forecasts.
• Assist the CFO in implementing a new ERP system.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated group financial statements adhering to local GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls to guarantee financial data accuracy and reliability.
• Oversee global corporate tax compliance with a strategic emphasis on optimization.
• Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations.
