Role Overview
We are looking for a General Manager to helm operations at one of our venues within the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area. The role entails overseeing daily activities, guaranteeing exceptional guest experiences, mentoring the team, and steering financial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute operational strategies.
- Supervise team performance while nurturing professional development.
- Ensure high standards in all guest interactions and service points.
- Promote and live the Ethos company culture throughout the venue.
Compensation and Benefits
The base annual salary for this position ranges between $90,000 and $150,000.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity within the hospitality sector (mandatory).
- Demonstrated strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Thorough understanding of hospitality operations covering food and beverage, front-of-house, and back-of-house management.
- Track record in enhancing financial outcomes, including budgeting, controlling costs, and meeting revenue goals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service expertise.
- Ability to effectively resolve problems and make decisions in high-pressure, fast-moving settings.
- Experience with inventory management platforms and adherence to safety and health standards.
- Competency in hospitality-related technology and operational software.
- Preferably holds a bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
