Role overview

Levande is hiring a full-time Gardener for Ridgehaven Rise Village in Redwood Park, South Australia. This position is focused on keeping the village’s gardens, lawns, and outdoor common areas neat, safe, and inviting so residents can enjoy a pleasant living environment.

What the role involves

• Looking after gardens, lawns, and landscaped areas across the village
• Carrying out mowing, trimming edges, pruning, mulching, watering, and planting work
• Ensuring paths, shared outdoor spaces, and communal areas stay tidy and well maintained
• Handling waste collection tasks and setting bins in the required locations
• Using gardening tools and equipment safely and keeping them in good working order
• Supporting village presentation standards and responding to resident needs when required

What we are looking for

• Experience in retirement living, education settings, local government, or other community environments is an advantage
