About This Role

As a Fruit Picker, you will be responsible for harvesting fresh fruit while ensuring the quality is upheld and minimizing any damage to the produce.

Responsibilities

• Carefully pick fruit from plants.
• Sort the harvested fruit based on quality standards.
• Package the harvested produce appropriately.
• Adhere to harvesting schedules to ensure timely collection.
• Keep the work environment clean and organized.
• Notify supervisors of any damaged or compromised crops.
• Follow all health and safety procedures during work.

Requirements

• No prior experience necessary as training will be given.
• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physically fit to perform manual labor.
• Attention to detail to maintain quality standards.
• Dependable with consistent attendance.
• Availability and willingness to work during seasonal hours.
