About the Role

We are seeking a Floor Supervisor to join the State Bank of India (SBI) at a designated branch location. This role involves welcoming customers, directing them to appropriate services, ensuring smooth and orderly customer flow, and supporting the branch team in daily operational tasks. Candidates must uphold professionalism and confidentiality consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and assist customers visiting the branch for services or queries.
• Direct customers to the correct counters and clarify banking procedures to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Maintain orderly customer flow and an organized environment within the branch.
• Assist branch employees with day-to-day operational activities.
• Carry official identification and mark attendance both manually and electronically.
• Strictly uphold confidentiality concerning customer and bank information.
• Adhere to banking norms and demonstrate professional conduct at all times.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
• Minimum one year of experience within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.
• Age between 21 and 30 years.
